Computers Interrupt Sleep

So I was on CNN for a little bit and found an article that was talking about how the light from your computer can trick your brain. It tricks our brains into thinking that it is daytime so it can make us more awake during the late hours of the night. So your internal sleeping clock will become screwed up because of the light and it tricking your brain.

If you are using your computers before you got to sleep then you should probably give it a break. If you give up computer use at night then they say you will start to be more tired around earlier times in the night so you can get more sleep.
